Stay away from this company, I repeat STAY AWAY .. there are a more reputable companies out there , take your hard earned money elsewhere please I beg you .. this company is unserious and fails to take accountability about a delivery of kikuyu grass I ordered , they didn’t come the first day as expected no explanations whatsoever, they only came the second day and dialled the wrong house number the entire time , my wrong call number and messaged me on WhatsApp lol that time I didnt even know when they are coming cause I was expecting them yesterday between 12-5 .. I was told it’s my fault and was ordered to pay another delivery fee .. how absurd is that??? An employee threw sarcasm in my face when they delivered late again today, I was told 8 they came at 9:30, it’s almost like a joke to them how unprofessional they are !! Jesus I wish I did intensive search on other companies that treat customers like customers.. I don’t even know why they show up first on google .. AVOID , heck RUN by all means!!!!!!
I placed my order with great enthusiasm, looking forward to using the camera for an upcoming planned shoot. However, three days later, I received an email indicating that a refund had been initiated for my purchase. Upon checking their website, I noticed that the price of the camera has since increased and they even have 9 in stock, imagine . I would have appreciated a different approach, such as the option to top up the difference rather than processing a refund and canceling my entire order. RIP to my planned shoot. makro.co.za
