Boardwalk Properties did not refund deposit back. Tenant moved out end of May. The commitment to pay back deposit end of June was not honoured. Just more promises every week. Eventually we were told by Katy that they are waiting for the Finance lady who apparently does not come in every week so we just need to be patient. We also phoned Elma who said the Principle Agent cannot take calls and I was given email addresses. No response from email adress either. They do not care about their clients at all.
No two way communication. I cannot get anybody to respond to any of my concerns/queries. Nobody answers the phone most of the times. I joined them because of Solidarities recommendation. What a mistake. I am highly frustrated with my situation but nobody cares to sort it out. Leaving me stuck in a situation I cannot get out of...
On the 02.08.14 I purchased items at Foschini Richards Bay. I asked the lady that helped me if I will be able to return the undergarments if they don't fit. I was in a hurry and did not have time to do it in the shop. She said as long as I keep my underwear on whilst fitting I will be able to return it.<br> <br> On 06.08.14 I went to return the items as they do not fit me. Foschini refused to accept the goods back even when the lady that helped me on the 2nd admitted that she said that I could return it.<br> <br> Since I had no intention of keeping the items I left them at the shop and asked the lady to do the refund as I am not paying for something I cannot use.<br> <br> Upon going through my account, I realised that the credit was not put back on my account and the garments was left at the shop.<br> <br> I have since then send numerous mails and reminders to resolve this problem but have not received any feedback at all.
We booked a weekend away through Groupon with Kyle Van Huyssteen at a lodge just outside Hluhluwe Game reserve. Upon our arrival I realised that the lodge was very dodgy but since we had already paid and drove for a while to get there we decided to hang in there since we were actually just looking for a place to overnight after we have been at the Game reserve. We also asked the Caretaker if it is safe to stay there and he assured us that we are safe and they have had no incidents.<br> <br> On the night of the 11th we had a breakin. My husband and I never woke up. The next morning everything that was in the room was stolen. Laptop, Ipads, Cameras, Cellphones, Binnoculars etc. etc,<br> <br> We phoned Mr Van Huyssteen and informed him. He assured us that we will be paid out through his insurance. We reported the case at the police and gave him the police number with a list of stolen items.<br> <br> Mr Van Huyssteen kept us on a leach and eventually he started to avoid answering out calls or emails. Please I urge everybody to not make any bookings through him. You will be in for bad service and a bad experience....
