Really hoped this wasn't a **** but it is. Bought the A5 DeerRun on the 16th of Feb, and did not receive any feedback or billing information. I phoned (number doesn't work). Sent an email to which they responded to and providing my "delivery details". I left a review on their FB page and has now been blocked. I asked my friend if the FB page is still active - yes it is. DO NOT BUY FROM THERE, you will not get anything. They gave me a "tracking number" which is not found on their website at all.
Its easy to get negative, but we should also share when you have had a good experience. My card had some ***** on it, and within 2 weeks all was resolved, money paid back and assistance via email was given. I am super happy and impressed with the service, and super grateful that all my money was restored. Thank you. I have heard so many of my other friends complain about the bank fees, service charges etc that they have to pay at other banks. All and all happy with the assistance and guidance.
People always said NEVEeR to go to MTN, but I didnt listen. I have sent numerous emails, with no response, no one is assisting me at this stage? They cant help me instore and I do not have an MTN number - just the wifi that I'm desperately been trying to stop for the past 2 months. They keep on deducting ??? I keep on getting reference numbers - but for what, I cant even use them cause no one is assiting me. I just need to speak to someone, its really not that hard.
