Getting hold on Nedbank on the phone is a struggle, you must call at night in order to get a quick response via call centre
On Thursday 26/01/15 08:52 I requested a towing and after speaking for 9 minutes my phone cut off and the consultant did not come back to me ,had to buy airtime again and called at 09:11 , and received a great service from a female consultant and my car was towed just few minutes after dropping off the call ,I think king price could do better by Calling clients back .
Had a good service from kefilwe Marumo, she is a good communicator,she explained what I wanted and thanks to her .
Had a good service from Dimakatso and she knew exactly what's needed from her and she gave a good advice.
I spent two weeks without help but after being connected with Ayanda boroko by Ludicritous,I was scheduled an appointment immediately,thanks to the Sisters.
Staff are awesome and game meat was perfectly cooked.

Dotsure paid for the car service claim at Vw without any hassle, thank you to the team.
On 2021/12/09 i took my vehicle to vw for a service as I'm insured with dotsure for extended warranty including a service plan, Mr Ashraf from vw called them and they informed him that i must personally lodge a claim of which i did and they never paid, i had to personally settle the payment and i was never reimbursed, i sent them emails but never got a response and made a phone calls but never got help,Dotsure took over from my previous insurance which was hassle free, it's my first claim and i regret ever coming to Dotsure ,they are unprofessional and i suspect to just another scam.
