Brilliant serivce delivery but the claims advisor and the serivce provider
Pmd has really out done them self regarding my claims process brilliant. This morning showed me a smooth process On my glass claim . I called them this morning easy steps on a home assessment made it a walk in the park and approved with in an hour thank you for being so efficient and brilliant service happy with the serivce I got from the consultant as well great job keep going forward
This was the worse claim ever no help from the above mentioned company No follow ups . Of which they asked me to do an as*****t on my own and making me look for a pressure valve . Of which the gesyer worked 3 years and now the valve is wrong . But the valve was sent with the geyser . Worse claim ever no help no calls anf they worte the claim off
Came into longberry please public I am share to my experience about bad attitude and double charging i here about double charging and with times of life we just tapping your card and walking out I was charged doubled and then when noticing the lady that was the teller name was Linda said she is going to call the Manger how ever the manager didn't even get called for over 20min for a return of the money of which was mine and she came with the worse service ever so it took 30min to sort out a double purchase so please when shopping here you also could be doubled charged this is the saddest reality of the world we live in where economy is hard but to almost get ******ed if I didn't notice my slip I wouldn't have known
I went to the caltex garage in Chatsworth opposite the Chatsworth center in Chatsworth unit . I went to fill fuel as it was a Sunday. It was load shedding and the lights just came back on and before filling fuel for an amount of R325.71 i asked the fuel attended is your card machine working . That point she said yes I said okay top my tank for me . So she filled it up and came to me to tap my card my mother was in the vehicle with as well I tapped my card and then her machine went off however my bank account the amount went off and I showed her the sms and told her the money is gone . She called her manager and he asked for me to pay again i wasn't going to pay again as that will be paying double on the fuel . He was consistently forcing the issues . I said I can't because on my side it shown gone off. So I told him if the money comes back in my account I will come back on Monday and pay yourl . The money is gone off my account till now so I didn't make payment So he took my number down and today being Thursday he calls me and treated me badly over the phone and said he is going to open a case for the amount owing to the garage and said I need to show a bank statement to him which by the popi act I can't give my details to him and him being a manager should have known that. He said he is going to open a case . So it gets better the person that filled my fuel calls me and says yes I have to open a case against you and I will see you when I see you and said your mother there so I will see both of yourl when I see yourl. I am so shocked at the service I got from them as I always fill at caltex this was the worse experience of my life and really scary as treats have been made to me and my mother . I thought filling fuel is an easy thing not a gangster act ... really I have no words
The worse experience of my life ever in a retail shop . Rude staff no customer service what so ever no help to customer service what so ever rude to me and my family to exchange I will never shop here again That's markhams Chatsworth center it explains why they not busy
