Dont use them
Terrible, terrible job. After the rain this weekend my roof was leaking everywhere! How hard is it to put up 8 sheets of already made IBR properly?

Shoddy workmanship.
I had a roof installed on my patio after paying a 60% deposit. Firstly the colour was supposed to match my tiles - supposedly this is called Kalahari Red. It is fire engine/postbox Red. I sent Ronell a what's app with the picture. No response whatsoever. I then sent pics of the shoddy workmanship. Without any communication, a different team arrived. The first team had unnecessarily removed a pile of tiles from my roof and there were gaps everywhere. This team tried to fix the mess and did the best, but not on of them came to check. I wanted it over and done with and STUPIDLY paid the balance. That night when hubby came home, he flipped out and I messaged her again. No response. A few days later, it rained and water rain in to the bedroom adjacent to the lounge. Sent message request repairs and a quotation from another roofing coming which came to R6200 to.repair their mess. I requested that they return this amount to me. 3 weeks later I have still had no response, so will now be suing for the full amount of R24500 due to the bad workmanship and lack of communication. Ronell and Bessie just want to sell and do not care about anything else.

After many, many enquiries, emails, phone calls, empty promises, I am still waiting for a payment for a campaign that I cancelled on 20th March and ended on 28 March. My last communication was with Taswill, who was very helpful 10 days ago and promised me the payout would be in my account by Friday 12 April. And here we are, A week later and I am still getting emails to upload documents when it states my verification is complete.

SLOW TO RESPOND
After requesting a cancellation of my campaign on 18 March 2024, it took them until 04 April 2024 to let me know that I needed one more document to verify. Shockingly slow. Not to mention that every person who contributed, added the extra admin fee to their donation, yet at the end of campaign, suddenly, we are missing ANOTHER almost R600 out of total donations of R9000. Definitely will never use them again!
