Her friendly, kind, and patient approach, coupled with her sharp expertise and unwavering dedication to meeting clients' needs, even beyond business hours, sets her apart. Wakefords itself is a haven of professionalism, offering an impressive selection of furniture and appliances to make any home comfortable. The store is impeccably neat, the staff is warm and welcoming, and the delivery service is just as professional. I can’t praise Wakefords enough for consistently exceeding my expectations. As expected, Old Mutual has deducted 45% from my claim, despite the policy indicating a significantly lower percentage. Furthermore, no payout breakdown has been provided to account for the remaining savings. Old Mutual, I demand a clear explanation.
Old Mutual doesn’t even deserve a single star. This institution is *****ulent and one of the biggest ****mers in the financial insurance world. The staff I’ve dealt with are among the most *********** I’ve ever encountered. Old Mutual is misleading its contributors. After leaving my previous employer in May, I was told I could only submit my claim once their online claims system was available. I submitted my claim on September 1st, and now 2 months and 2 weeks, over 70 days later, my claim still hasn’t been processed. Instead, I receive automated responses from staff—often after hours—saying, “We are working on your claim.” This is unacceptable. The way Old Mutual handles claims is deceptive, and this issue must be exposed.
I bought a set cannisters, breadbin and cake in from Takealot in July. The first delivery was incorrect. I ordered a powderblue set they delivered a grey set with missing items. The subsequent delivery had 90% of the items chipped and missing parts. They collected the set. I asked for a replacement of the same items without faults, THEY DELIVERED the same items with chips and all sorts of faults. I called them and they picked it up. The third delivery was the same package with a different protective plastic colour. They took it back. The fourth delivery is the same items and now they are refusing to take them back citing that I took long to confirm their confirmed pick up time slot, they sent a representative to my delivery point and he wasn't able to collect the items. I live in two provinces and when they confirmed the pick up time I wasn't in Capetown. I have lost count of the number of calls I have made and spoken to their customer service reps who keep promising me that I'll either er get a refund or have my items replaced. The set cost me over R2000. I'm never buying anything from Takealot. Such a hassle to communicate with them.
The WORST courier service in history. I have now spoken to over 23 Aramex consultants who promised to reveet to me with confirmation as to when I can expect my delivery. I ordered clothes online from ZARA on 16th Dec 2021. To this day5I haven't received my package. Instead I am informed that Makhosazana and Mothusi or Mathuso are responsible for my package and they'll call me. I haven't heard from either one of them. Aramex is the absolute worst. You call and call and get put on hold for over 30mins only to be told that your order does not even reflect on the system. All I want at this stage is confirmation that I can claim my money back from ZARA, because ZARA failed to deliver my package.
Zara debited my account twice on different days for clothing items I bought online. I don't know which ZARA branch to consult as none of the branches I've sought assistance from have a clue of what's going on nor the willingness to even attempt to assit. ZARA is the worst clothing store I've ever to deal with.
Poor, appaling, disgusting and inconsistent customer service. Bought clothes from Zara online on 12th Dec, 18 days later I haven't received my package. Call centre consultants give varying tracking info. Very quick to apologies. I hate this and how it ruined my holidays. NEVER again.
Worst clothing ever. Difficult to contact to track online orders. Staff is rude, impatient and arrogant. I will NEVER buy anything from Zara again. This was my first and last time. Their clothes aren't even quality clothes for the attitude they give.
