Extremely Satisfied With Luvland.co.za
I just want to say that I am extremely satisfied with Luvland's online service. I ordered my product Monday morning and they delivered Thursday morning, they take great care in packaging your product, you can tell they really care and want to ensure your goods arrive to you safely and in good condition. Thank you Luvland, I will definitely come to you guys again for my future needs.

E-104129 The Account Is Dormant
I want to transfer money from my Paypal account to my FNB account, via the FNB online banking website but it says "E-104129 The Account Is Dormant". I went to FNB, and they told me I should transfer money into my account. I can't do that right now, I wish the problem could be resolved some other way which is also faster.

Beware of Adult Luxury. Potentially dangerous.
Guys please don't buy from this online store, it's actually terrible. I bought a product from them on the morning of the 26th and I cancelled the order the very next day on the 27th. The product was falsely advertised. On the images, it clearly shows the device having a vibrating function, but the box to select the vibrating function is very easy to miss and they do not warn you of this. So I didn't want the product or anything else for that matter anymore. So like any business they have to update the status of your order (eg. Processing, Processed, Out For Delivery and Delivered etc.) and my order wasn't even processed or packed yet so it never left their warehouse, so how can it be considered used? They denied my refund, their customer support is so unprofessional, I want to vomit. Despite threatening me with their "legal teams", they used every lame excuse in the book to withhold my funds from me (First it was refund policies, then it was government protocols, then it was CoVID regulations). Besides all these lame excuses, their spelling in their e-mails where sometimes a bit off. So I actually thought that these people are scammers, I feared for my privacy. If they could threaten me with their legal teams, what else are they capable of? They stole my money, I won't get it back, but at least I can warn future customers of this website. Because I don't want anyone to go through what I went though.
