This is the worst delivery company. Worse I did not even have their T&C's because the person who sent the package never told me. A parcel that was sent to them on the 8th of September I still have not received it to date..Here is how they work; If you delay to get your parcel delivered for a week you pay 1000 for storage charges, part of the delay is orchestrated by them.if the vehicle delivering your package breaks down for any reason you are responsible for instance they wanted me to pay for damaged brushes which were R10 000 they say because the vehicle is delivering my parcel. In fact the driver first delivered a parcel in Botswana. If the driver runs out of gas it is your responsibility to send money for the driver to buy gas..Through all this drama, the driver was arrested which I still question . So I was told to pay the fine requested by the police because he was delivering my.parcel. This is one big mess At the end of the day the package was not delivered because they had to get a new driver. Now I had to pay this new driver to deliver my parcel I forgot after replacing the brushes the driver called for 1500 because the mechanic must replace new oil. Scary stuff done by these companies. Can you imagine the driver sleeping in a car because I did not have for those brushes and driver they knew about those brushes before he left but they did not fix them. They rip clients off big time. Had the worst experience with them. They dont even deserve the 1 star they deserve 0. They tell you all of this company policy
Good Day I trust that you are well. M concern is about Spar. Are they aware about the embarrassment they put upon us by searching our bags when we leave Spar. We are not all *******. We go there to spend our hard earned money, we stand in Qs to.pay. At Spar in Gugulethu you must again stand in a Q for your bag to be searched. This is waste of our time and disgusting and would never happen.in a suburb or elite area except where shoppers are black people. We have Shoprite in the same mall he does not do that. Why does Spar not implement better methods of dealing with theft besides undermining, showing lack of respect and discriminating us while making millions from the same community. Thank you
This company offered me a,loan after applying on line. I received an email stating that management is considering my application and they will send me an email.should the claim.be successful. Later on I received an email confirming that the claim was approved. Among the T&C there was a clause which said before the transaction of the claim a sum of R3999.00 must be paid before you get the loan. I enquired this and even told them.that someone said I must be careful about that. The loan according to them.was supposed to be paid 1 hr after depositing the money. In short there was no money, a letter demanding R7000. 00 before the loan.is paid which was impossible. How can you apply for a loan if you have R7000 lying around? So they ask you to do an immediate payment so that they draw your money immediately from.the Capitec Account. Can you please investigate this company, I think these people arecscammkng people . There is another with the same name as their but the other company does not offer loans their letterhead does not have any phone numbers There are no names on emails only "managemenn" By the time I phoned Capitec they had withdrawn the funds.
