I purchased a voucher from ExperienceDays.co.za which I then went to exchange and upgrade. I paid for the difference in price and redeemed the voucher as it is intended to be a gift. Once I have paid and redeemed the voucher I receive an email to say that the experience is no longer available and I can either revert back to the previous voucher or have credit to use on another voucher. I exchanged the voucher as I am unable to use it which is why I exchanged it in the first place. I do not want credit as I cannot afford for them to keep my money and to go and pay for another gift. The experience is still being advertised as being available on the website so how many people is it being sold to, taking their money and then telling them it is unavailable?? THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE
When I joined Tableview Planet Fitness I explained that in the next couple of months I would be moving residence but I would like to just transfer to another branch. It was explained that it would not be an issue. Today I went to ask for the transfer and I was informed that my fees would more than double!! This was not mentioned to me when I joined Planet Fitness and I made it clear that I would be needing to transfer. I am wanting to continue supporting Planet Fitness and not cancel but not being informed about the large price change and actually being misinformed has led me to cancelling my membership.
I have sent an email requesting assistance in linking my credit card account to my internet banking so that I can ensure that the account is paid, the autoreply stated I would be contacted in 24hrs and that was over a week ago. All I want to do is have access to the account so that I can ensure it is paid. I do not have the time or the airtime to phone as early as possible in the morning and then wait on the phone for more than an hour for help.
