Bought a paragliding gift voucher for two from https://www.experiencedays.co.za/ . Valid for 3 years. Had to cancel it less than 24 hours after purchase. Requested a refund. Experience Days acknowledged refund request, promised to process it within 5 Business Days. 3 weeks later - No refund, no e-mails no phone number to contact. Avoid ExperienceDays.co.za like the plague

I bought a gift voucher for a car experience in May 2025 (valid for 3 years) Today Aug 15 2025 asked to book the experience for October as that shows as 1 of available dates. They tell me the experience is no longer available I must choose another experience, which we have done already at other places . I’m asking a refund cause that is why I bought the voucher, all the car driving experiences is not available. Why must I waste 10k + cause they can’t deliver for what I order/paid for.

I bought a gift voucher for a car experience in May 2025 (valid for 3 years) Today Aug 15 2025 asked to book the experience for October as that shows as 1 of available dates. They tell me the experience is no longer available I must choose another experience, which we have done already at other places . I’m asking a refund cause that is why I bought the voucher, all the car driving experiences is not available. Why must I waste 10k + cause they can’t deliver for what I order/paid for.

they actually deserve a zero rating. i bought a voucher last year and now when i want to redeem it i am told the experience is no longer offered. on the site you can see they have similar experiences but at a higher price than what i paid. now they want to me top up in order to enjoy the same experience. why am i made to top up when they decided to cancel after i made a purchase? i bought an experience and i deserve one, at the price i paid no top ups.

I purchased a voucher from ExperienceDays.co.za which I then went to exchange and upgrade. I paid for the difference in price and redeemed the voucher as it is intended to be a gift. Once I have paid and redeemed the voucher I receive an email to say that the experience is no longer available and I can either revert back to the previous voucher or have credit to use on another voucher. I exchanged the voucher as I am unable to use it which is why I exchanged it in the first place. I do not want credit as I cannot afford for them to keep my money and to go and pay for another gift. The experience is still being advertised as being available on the website so how many people is it being sold to, taking their money and then telling them it is unavailable?? THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE
