I bought a gift voucher for a car experience in May 2025 (valid for 3 years) Today Aug 15 2025 asked to book the experience for October as that shows as 1 of available dates. They tell me the experience is no longer available I must choose another experience, which we have done already at other places . I’m asking a refund cause that is why I bought the voucher, all the car driving experiences is not available. Why must I waste 10k + cause they can’t deliver for what I order/paid for.
