Worst airline ever- better you close your doors. 9 people in ete excited for a holiday. First flight get delayed then finally cancelled. Try next day, whole day travel as its first stop at valenculos. We lost a night paid accommodation 9k and less days at holiday destination. And no one cares. Avoid them at all cost
I bought a gift voucher for a car experience in May 2025 (valid for 3 years) Today Aug 15 2025 asked to book the experience for October as that shows as 1 of available dates. They tell me the experience is no longer available I must choose another experience, which we have done already at other places . I’m asking a refund cause that is why I bought the voucher, all the car driving experiences is not available. Why must I waste 10k + cause they can’t deliver for what I order/paid for.
As a aircon business we provided regas services and sold aircon compressors to them since Jan no payment received.
I send my machine in great condition to them just for seals replacement. Got back a machine looking like it came from a dump. Fighting for months on end , with all photos as proof . Wish I could show before and after photos here. All they can do is lie. Everytime I look at my machine I get sick, angry etc . They Take no ownership. They ended up blocking me to communicate . So save yourself drama, money and all that’s bad. But somewhere else !
5 months later! No delivery Asked for refund- they want to deduct 25% for doing nothing. What do you call this ?
No product! No refund since Aug 2023 TDSA is well aware! Just Don’t care! I can provide all proof!
Ordered Aug 2023 To date no products- promised a refund but nothing! They advertise stuff just to ***** people’s money. Please read all the reviews every where online before falling victim Nikita that works there is biggest ****. Special place in hell is waiting for her ! I wish the van close down totally !

We requested a bank concent letter from homeloan division as we are in process to apply for business rights on property we bought’ 1st time they told us 11 working days’ after 11 working day they sent a message resolved they will contact us’ nothing happened ‘ we phoned again no the message was sent in error they still busy up till now ‘ way too long and they don’t let you know anything worse service ever’ wished we did business with a diff bank 2nd time buying property’ people rather go somewhere else to avoid issues
