We had the pleasure of working with Lime Solar for our home solar installation. Aside from a bit of a false start due to a glitch on their website (which Kevan sorted out), the whole process was an absolute pleasure. John and his team - Bongani and Sphe - are skilled professionals and really know what they're doing. They went above and beyond dealing with curve ***** in our old house with some ***** wiring - and all with the best attitude. The installation is incredibly neat, the connections are seamless, and we got the opportunity to test it yesterday when the area power went out and we didn't even notice. Thank you John for your incredible can-do attitude, even when things were tough. You did an amazing job and we are incredibly grateful to you and your team.
UPS South Africa has some serious work to do in terms of customer service and last mile delivery. I ordered a product from Ireland on the 25th October 2025. It was tracked leaving Ireland, via Germany, and into the Johannesburg warehouse. There is sat for a month - until 28 November. When I called they said that they had no contact details for me (?) so couldn't deliver. I gave them email, phone, and address details again and they assured me delivery would be within 2 -3 days. I called again on the 10th Dec, and went through the same process, only this time I was told that the parcel had been rejected. As I'm the only person home to receive it, I was puzzled at this. Again, I was assued that delivery would take place in 2 - 3 days. I called again on the 18th Dec and was told that your drivers couldn't contact me... which is odd since she gave me the correct contact details when I asked her to confirm. She then said that they had handed the parcel to DSV who would be delivering on the 19th. Today is the 20th - a Saturday so UPS customer service is closed - and no word from DSV, no contact from UPS, and no parcel. Now what?

I've been trying to get a cancellation confirmation for 10 days - I've spoken to 4 people, sent 4 emails, and just called the complaints department who 1. cut me off and then 2. asked me to resend all the information that they already have...because it came from them... and then they will "launch an investigation". I mean really people - this is not hard.
The service team at Xneelo are brilliant. I've been with them for over 6 years and every query is handled super fast and with the most pleasant attitude. Keep doing these things guys - you are amazing.
I do everything that I can online, and I'm always amazed at companies that make you jump through hoops to get simple stuff done. That's why I was so impressed at Naked - their process is incredibly intuitive and when I needed a little extra help they were helpful, fast, and super efficient. Well done Naked!
