Rally Motors Bloemfontein,the BEST in the bussiness
Johan the salesmen and Lize the F & I are the BEST! My husband is a H2A worker and we wanted to buy a new bakkie, no one would've approved us. Lize took the documantation and we were approved within minutes. She really is the BEST in the bussiness. Johan made my experience amazing with them he was always friendly and open about everything. He even showed out the scratch marks on my bakkie. My bakkie was taken for a DEKRA test and I am very pleased about that. Johan and Lize thank you for making my experience unforgettable with Rally Motors Bloemfontein, and thank you for becoming like friends and family rather than sales people selling me a bakkie. You guys made our dreams come true about owning a Hilux again. Thank you. I am reccommending everyone to support you and we told the H2A community about you. Will never support another dealership again.

Beware of ****MERS working as Rally Motors
Hi South Africans let's face the truth about Rally Motors. Rally Motors is Garage Dealer selling cars and behind it there's people who a using its name Rally Motors and they are ****MERS. To my surprise Rally Motors they are aware of them but doing NOTHING REALLY??? Same ****MERS are : Clive calling himself middle Manager , Ronnie Sales and other white guy calling himself Financial Manager I forgot his name and they say their boss is David Smith. They PUSH you to pay amount of R18000 in advance n promise you all will go well after two or three hours they will tell you about extra to pay.They pose as if they work with the Bank for cars that are about to be auctioned, and the money they want in advance is to secure buyers code, so that the car is withdrawn from the auction South Africans PLEASE BE CAREFUL ABOUT RALLY MOTORS PLEASE GO STRAIGHT TO THE DEALER.... INJURY TO ONE IS INJURY TO ALL. They don't deserve any star

Underhanded vehicle dealer
Bought a car... Falce COR was given, vehicle should never have passed, the COR centre eventually agreed to pay for 1 tyre and ACP paid for 1 tyre. They where asked if vehicle was in any accidents, they said no! Another lie. Fibration on gears was supposed to be sorted, managment said did not interested. Electricals where supposed to be fixed, not done just a short cut and broke the cover board and Stuck it back in to hide it. This was all written on their offer to purchase and signed for. All well within their 1000km guarantee. Do not Get caught by ***** dealers!!!

Poor Customer Service
Customer service is dismal. I spoke to a guy by the name of Jason cooke. Just like some other comments i read regarding vehicle price changes, after enquiring about the vehicle he tells the car is slightly higher in price. I then advised that i was interested in purchasing however i want to take it for the price it was advertised for. His response, "You messaging me now, you get f@#ked". If this is the service i am receiving before purchase i can imagine what it would be after i enter into a legal contract with them.

The most helpful place I have ever been to they assisted me with my car and it drives like a dream now I'd absolutely recommend that people go fix their car issues with them

Rally motors bad customer service
I bought a car from rally motors in 2018 only to find out there's lot of problems in it..I think they took advantage of me because am a woman.. This are the problems I got 1..I didn't get a spare key immediately when they deliver the vehicle...it was send later and it was not working.. 2.i didn't get a spare wheel including wheel nuts 3..the right mirror was not working 4..there was a problem with car turbo I informed them and they came and collect the car for repair but it was never repaired. As I talk with you now I paid more than R30000 trying to fix it. The worse part is that the owner is aware and he never done nothing about it. I need your intervention please Regards Memza
