I was struggling to load my self inspection of my vehicle on my app and I spoke to and agent 6 days ago whom sent me a email to load the photos and I rep**** with the photos but that spesific agent never came back to me even though I followed up 3 times i
I was struggling to load my self inspection of my vehicle on my app and I spoke to and agent 6 days ago whom sent me a email to load the photos and I rep**** with the photos but that spesific agent never came back to me even though I followed up 3 times in 6 days. This morning I requested a call back again from first for woman and I was in a firtunate position to get a call from Malisha Hardwarpersad, I am please to say I rate her service 10 out of 10. She helped me immediately to get my inspection photos loaded while on the line. I really hope all call centre agents would be like Malisha Hardwarpersad! Cartrack POOR service
First I requested a de and re installation and struggled to be helped as my husband works in the USA and he gave permission in writing I may handle his account notes is on system... then when I paid the R860 and sent them the pop via email and whatsapp they deducted R870 from my husbands account without permission. Now when I querried it they promised it would be paid but yet again I received whatsapps enquiring the pop again. Their service is rediculiously poor and they are taking money without permission from my bank account and I struggle to get my money back. I would not reccommend anyone to use cartrack they are not to be trusted. They make empty prommisses and do not keep their word. How will they help you to keep your vehicle safe if they cannot even sort a simple problem out.WORST SERVICE EVER!

Rally Motors Bloemfontein,the BEST in the bussiness
Johan the salesmen and Lize the F & I are the BEST! My husband is a H2A worker and we wanted to buy a new bakkie, no one would've approved us. Lize took the documantation and we were approved within minutes. She really is the BEST in the bussiness. Johan made my experience amazing with them he was always friendly and open about everything. He even showed out the scratch marks on my bakkie. My bakkie was taken for a DEKRA test and I am very pleased about that. Johan and Lize thank you for making my experience unforgettable with Rally Motors Bloemfontein, and thank you for becoming like friends and family rather than sales people selling me a bakkie. You guys made our dreams come true about owning a Hilux again. Thank you. I am reccommending everyone to support you and we told the H2A community about you. Will never support another dealership again.
