I reported my lost simcard on the 17th of December 2021 to be able to get a letter for simswap an I was told that I do not need a letter anymore, then I bought a new simcard but I was told about shortage of staff an had to wait for 72 working hours, when I call again on the 3rd I was told about the letter which I received on the 04th, Yesterday I went to vodacom shop to do a swim swap only to be told that Blue label connect is owing 57899. 00 An VODACOM COULD NOT APPROVE ANY SIMSWAP FOR BLUE LABEL CONNECT CLIENT, TRIED TO CALL AN THE MANAGER GAVE ME ATTITUDES, WAITING FOR MONDAY AGAINπππππππ’π’π’π’π’π’π₯π₯π₯πππππππππππππ
I lost my Sim card on the 22 December then logged a call on the 23rd to do aa swim swap I was told to wait for 72 of their working hours meaning 8hrs a day, Now I am told still in progress even today. I am so disappointed, ππππ€π€π€π€π€π€
