I recently purchased a TV and soundbar from Makro's online Black Friday sale, and my experience has been very disappointing. The TV arrived first, and as soon as I plugged it in, I noticed significant LED bleed. This is unacceptable for a brand-new product. I contacted Makro to ask about the return process for this defective unit. A few days later, the soundbar arrived in packaging that was already opened, and when I unpacked it, I found dents and damage on the unit. I immediately logged a return and am still waiting for a refund. Makro then told me they would send a technician to assess the TV before processing any refund. After calling them four times, the issue remains unresolved. The TV was supposed to be collected on Friday, November 7th, but no one showed up. I followed up and specified that collection could only happen on Tuesdays or Fridays because that's when someone is home to hand over the TV. Now it is Tuesday, November 11th, and the TV still hasn’t been collected. Each call results in the same runaround with no real progress. Instead of simply swapping the defective items for new, working ones, it feels like Makro is just dragging their feet. I want the soundbar and TV I ordered in perfect condition, which they have been unable to guarantee through any of my calls. We are already halfway through November, and by the time this is sorted, all the specials will be over. I was even advised not to buy another TV until this situation is resolved, which is frustrating. I even asked if I can return this product to Marko Woodmead where it came from and was told it's not possible because it's an online purchase. Honestly I am trying to speed the process up but Makro is just being useless to help with this. Is it too much to expect brand-new products to arrive in working condition and not be returns from other customers? This experience has been honestly appalling and reflects extremely poorly on Makro’s online store. This has been a terrible customer experience, and I would never recommend buying from them.

According to my credit report I have an outstanding payment with TELESURE GROUP SERVICES (PTY) Ltd. I have no idea who this company is or what account I have with them. It also seems that the amount owed to them has increased based off my credit score. This is negatively impacting my credit score and want it resolved! Found the company online after trying to figure out if this is fraudulent activity. Tried to get in contact with you and left a message on the contact page. I have had no response and still have this **** on my credit score.
