I am honestly not a happy client, my account has been “paused” for a couple of days. I did go to the branch and they wanted a few documents which I did submit. I can’t use the app nor do anything because of this “pausing “ of the account, it has happened before but they never requested any documents. I am really not happy with the bank at this point
I am honestly not happy with above company especially the service department and the guys name is James. I took my car for service for the first time and my kilometres were 75k after that he told me there’s no need to bring the car for service at 90k we can bring it at 105k. Now my car it’s due for service he is being rude and telling me that I don’t have proof of him saying what I said and now my service company doesn’t want to pay for the service cause I missed the 90k service. I am honestly disappointed ☹️ on how James is treating his customers and how he spoke to us, I hope I will get help.
I was so mad before talking to Mr Melusi, the guy I was talking to before Mr Melusi was so mean. After he transferred me to Mr Melusi and sharing what happened, he laughed and reassured me that he will assist me which he did and I was so happy 😀. Mr Melusi was so good and has a great sense of humour.

I am super mad 😡 it’s not on. I have been waiting for my paid up letter from this company but they keep on taking me from pillar to post. I spoke to Blessing, Aphiwe & Nxako and they say they will send the letter but stl fail to send it, when I asked for the letter to be sent while am on the line they tell me they have calls to take, it doesn’t take 5 minutes to send a letter via email. I am so annoyed 😒 it’s not on.
😡🤬😡🤬😡😠😠😖😠😖 I’ve settled my account with real people but they don’t want to give me my settlement letter. I have called them a million times but they keep on hanging up my calls and giving me excuses. Can I plz get my settlement letter
I took a loan with real people, i made an agreement with them that i will pay R1000 every month. Everything was fine and i paid them well. Now the problem started when i was close to finish paying dem off 2 months ago. Every time i make payment they dont update my statement, the payment is not allocated to my account instead they take me from pillar to post. When i call i speak to different people, i spoke to Zolani the guy i logged my query with but unfortunately he is also avoiding me. I am only left with R500 and i want to finish it off and close the account. Hellopeter please assist.
