Good day, I wish to express my utter disappointment with That’s Fishy Greenacres. Firstly, the service from the ladies is not good. They stand and eat their lunch in front of clients which in my opinion, and from someone who has worked in restaurants before, is completely unprofessional. We ordered our food at 12:25 yesterday and only received it by 13:35. Apparently, according to the one lady they gave our order to another client (accidently apparently) this is half an hour after she said that they ran out of chips and just started a fresh batch for us. While sitting there they had 3 clients who’s orders went out with other people. Those clients where told to go find the people and ask them to come back. Unprofessional doesn’t even cover it… The last but not least, the food was oily and both of us ended up being ill with runny tummies and vomiting today. I will never but never again support that shop and I will definitely be telling everyone I know of this experience. I suggest you get a manager their that actually knows how to run the place as it seems that’s one thing lacking amongst many others..
First of all, looking at all the other complaints and seeing that the company doesn't even bother to reply...well, that makes sense as WEBAFRICA is the biggest and most useless crooks!! We did not order anything from them but yet they made sure to have our banking details. We never even decided on a package when they phoned me to come and install the router. I told them that I am not interested and they must please cancel any order / installation they have on their system. They guy assured me that it is noted. Next day DHL phones me to confirm delivery of a ****le. Once again I told them to please send it back to whoever they received it from as I DO NOT WANT ANYTHING FROM WEBAFRICA. I could not find a telephone number on the internet to contact Webafrica directly so I phoned the cell number of the guy who wanted to confirm installation. He then tells me he doesn't work for webafrica, he is just an independent contractor and that he cant provide me with contact details. He can just suggest we chase them away if they come to my door (very professional advice, I must say) I was eventually having a one sided conversation with a WhatsApp robot that knows jack ****!!! Guess what...they took a payment from my account yesterday!!!! I'm convinced that Webafrica is a SCAM and only there to steal and cheat
