I have been purchasing sal****er fishing items every month from Billimoria Fishing Store in East London ONLINE since last year, I live in Gauteng. I must say their service is exellent, once they didn't have the item I wanted they gave me a similar item just a little more pricy for the same price, their deliveries always within a day or two & the delivery price is fixed at R150. If I have questions the staff is always helpful & give the best advice, trust me when it come to fishing tackle I am very fussy. 5 out of 5 for you Billimoria you care for your customers.
Actualy no stars... On the evening of the 3rd of January 2022, I went to catch your bus at Margate back to Pretoria when I received a SMS from you stating that I will now be on a Kalamazoo bus (no.72) back. My ticket number ELIX14180770. This was the worst trip that I have ever taken & that includes almost crashing in a plane over Luanda once. Let me explain in detail… First my seat was loose under me, the toilet in the bus must have been broken & almost all the way the bus just smelt like pee, then I politely asked the bus driver to switch on the air con, he refused, I asked again another 2 or 3 times & then he was just rude to me, the bus at the South Coast terminal where filled to over capacity on the bus, I had one man next to me sitting in the isle of the bus… Your bus driver was also speeding, I even noticed some cars had to put on their breaks as he just moved to the right lane without checking. I feel that I paid for an Intercity bus I should ride an Intercity bus & not be put on some overloaded, damaged, pee smelling, speeding, s****py bus. Unfortunately I will give you no stars for this.
