I ordered beds on black friday - order number 8530775. They wanted to deliver one unit a week later but I was not home and told them that I want my whole order delivered and not in portions. A nother week went by and I did not receive any communication from them. Calling them is a hasstle because theyre lines are never working. I got the 010 133 0477 warehouse number. They say that they are not able to assist me because the "main branch" is supposed to make a plan to get my items delivered to me. I have sent emails to Ntswaki Setlau <ntswakise@jdg.co.za>, and the respond I received was just that they are unable to help me. I called the customer care and they just gave me a refrence 9000389610 and told me that they will get back to me. I sent an email to the manager Luoisab@jdg.co.za and have not received a response. I am out of options, I just need my items delivered to me.
This is the worst service ever. Ordered and paid for vellies weeks ago. Emails and WhatsApp messages ignored. At this point I just want my money back!
I bought school bags on click and collect on 24 December 2021. I have been to my local store several times and logged calls at the call center but the system offline. Schools are opening next week - I need the items URGENTLY.
