I should have read these reviews before I bought my item. I bought a Hifi sytem in January 2023. It arrived then I was not happy with it I contacted them and I was shocked to find out that when you buy online you actually buying from a specific store and that information is never available when I buy. I found out to my shock its Hifi Corp in Polokwane. Then I arranged for it to be returned and all. It was picked up around February, then lthey kept quiet I kept following up with no success and one point they had lost my order information as they asked me to produce proof, while the thing I had bought and returned was no longer appearing on their website on my hifi corp online account. Horrible onine experience. Then again after I found proof which they should have been having I sent it. This delayed from february through to late much, then in late March I was asked to send my banking details and ID copy. I sent that I was told to wait 14 days, (actual week days not weekends meaning its 18+ days, plus the matter was since January now you add that). I then emailed after 12 or so days I was told wait till 14 days. I emailed after 14 days no response from Polokwane store and when I called them today the lady told me the person in charge of accounts will only return next week. I asked how was that possible because I provided all the documentation they required on the 23rd March 2022 in order for them to process the payment. Not to wait till end of April to process or ask another person dealing with processing. Useless store this Hifi corp, Polokwane as well as their national Hifi corp.
For valentines we had a massage session as well as lunch bookings at the venue. It was the greatest experience in terms of the massage staff and the massage itself and the service as well as the dining experience at the hotel was exceptional and the staff also.
I made a Lay-Buy online on the Sleepmasters Website on 12 January 2023 and paid R850, they also sent me an email with my reference number as well as a sales order number. Then I made further payments of R500 and R1500 on 15 and 23 January 2023, respectively. Furthermore, on 15 February 2023, I made another payment of R1000. But from January 2023, they have failed to provide me with my statement of my lay buy account. I called their phone line 3x they gave me the same response we will send it they never do, I went on their Facebook page and sent a message to request the lay buy statement they asked me for the reference and sales order number which I provided but they never gave me the statement, now they ignore me or blocked me as they do not respond and I cannot send them messages on Facebook. I also sent over 6 emails to their email address they first acknowledged my lay buy and sent me sales and reference numbers but they promise and it is over a month no lay-buy statement. I even requested a refund if they are failing to give me proof of how much I have paid in case they know what is wrong but refuse to divulge. Regards, Mashinini Regards, Mashinini
My claim was sorted within 48hrs and they kept in constant contact throughout the process. This was my second claim in 3 years, but I encountered no problems. So to me Pineapple insurance is fast, reliable, professional and customer focused.
