I have late last year received a communication from SARS that I have some outstanding IRP5s from 2012 and that I had to get these and submit them to SARS ASAP. I have tried to obtain these but unfortunately the companies I have worked for then no longer have these on file and I have gone to the SARS office in Johannesburg last year to let them know about this. I saw a SARS consultant who then printed the documents that was on hand and submitted it and the case was send for an audit process. The problem comes in that I had an affidavit with me that same day stating that these companies didn't have these IRP5s and the SARS consultant said it wasn't necessary to submit the affidavit. After numerous follow up calls to SARS and visits to the branch being told I should be patient and wait the 90 working days for the process to be done I only found out this year that the affidavit was required. I have submitted the affidavit but am now told that I have to wait another 90 working days which I believe is unfair. The consultant I saw last year was supposed to have know the affidavit is required and this would have saved allot of time on both our parts. SARS Consultants Can you assist me please? case number is 527740831 for the complaint case number 514546234 for the audit case
I have worked for the Department of Agriculture from 01/05/2023 until 31/05/2024 under the EPWP project. I have been dealing with the head of HR from last year august and still have not received the service i have requested for. I have also late December sent an email to The Chief director and he has assigned the project manager for the EPWP project to assist me. The project manager has asked me to wait for the inspector to deal with another person who has made an appoint to be seen only by the 29th January. The department has not submitted any declarations for the period i have worked for them up until today. Going on for 8 MONTHS now since my contract ended. The only feedback i get is that they have dealt with the labour department and will get back to me. I have eventually opened a case with the labour department and have been provided with an inspector to assist me. I do hope this is not gonna take another couple of months to get a simple declaration done. I do believe i could do a better job. I am looking forward to send a follow up review. . .
