Horrible, my partner has a absa acc, you changed payment options, only you would know why and never informed me about my pay shap that needed to go through or that I needed to set it up. Now I'm with fnb right? But fnb never told me that I needed to set it up either and a huge amount is left in the ether ... we have to call absa to get an email that is not on the INTERNET ! How do you guys do business , fnb and absa ? My question to you is will you listen when you've lost all clientelle or will u own up and set this right?
Asked for a disposable vape that could be replaced from anywhere. They sold me a vape that's their make and eco system. Have to either deliver from them or buy a spanking new kit. Cannot find a replacement and am forced to either buy pods from them or have it delivered. What a nightmare, I really HATE this type of e-commerce thinking
These people sms you with a notification of a credit card payment that is overdue then when you see its not your bill the say they take you off of the system but they never do. I bank at FNB. After telling them to take me off of the system they had continued to send me this random persons overdue creditcard bill. Then after almost 4-5 calls weekly with them they sent me an application for the same credit card. This is unacceptable and I feel like most people will be caught in dept like this. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM STANDARD BANK
