Switching us off unfairly while payments was made. Then when they want to reconnect you then you have to pay the reconnection fee.
Why they never come back to their clients i dont know. They flag you and then keep you in the dark and i am busy getting very frustrated with this as i need answers.
Very very frustrated and upset with capitec bank.from the 19th of December 2021 where the atm never gave me my money but it went off my account nothing has been done evrrytime i call to find out what is happening the person i speak to say they will escelate the problem and vome back to me. Then they also say the people i spoke to before hand never did what they had to never escelated anything and then i must wait again. I am sick and tired of Capite Bank where they want you to bank with them but have several issues when they have a fault on their side. Seriously considering in moving banks.
