I had a really positive experience with MiWay when I had to submit a claim. The process was straightforward and efficient, and I appreciated how quickly they responded and kept me updated throughout. LISTENING SKILLS IS A VIRTUE!!!
Absolutely and completely rude, with no empathy or understanding. No listening skills whatsoever! I explained my situation last week regarding why I couldn’t make the full payment. Threatening me on calls or over WhatsApp with legal action isn’t going to change my circumstances.
