Outstanding service.
I went to Studio 88 in Ottery western cape and was extremely impressed by the helpful staff. A special thank you for excellent service received from Keagan Du Plessi and Tyla Tango for going the extra mile in helping my husband and myself. Keep up the great work. The way you treat your customers is outstanding and should be recognized and brought to your companys attention.

Excellent customer service
My husband and I went to Organic Zone in Lakeside Western Cape and was helped by Nicole who went the extra mile and ordered a tabet we requested. The tablet wasn't in stock and she immediately went online and ordered the tablet. Thank you very much Nicole for your excellent service you always provide to us. Nothing was too much for her. Keep up the excellent customer service. Well done.

Excellent customer service from Brenda Bullough at Fnb Sea Point branch.
I contacted Brenda Bullough at Sea Point branch because I had a problem with cellphone banking where it did not ask for my 5 digit pin number. She immediately spoke to the consultant and explained what I had to do to correct it. I followed her instructions and the problem was solved. Thank you Brenda Bullough for your excellent service I received. Keep up the great work you do. You are an asset to your company.

Excellent Customer Service of Brenda Bullough.
I would like to commend one of the staff at your Sea Point branch who went beyond the call of duty to get information I requested. I called Brenda Bullough when I needed information about pre Mandela notes for a family member coming to RSA and she got all the information I requested and informed me of where he could exchange the notes and all the other relevant information about the charges as well. Thank you Brenda Bullough for your excellent service and going beyond the call of duty to get the info I required. It is much appreciated. Brenda Bullough you are a treasure to First National Bank.
