Very bad company with bad service, the security guards at kalafong hospital are not disciplined at all. Which law says only one person is allowed in the hospital. I was refused entry at casualty because there a law that says 1 person goes in , I drove from krugersdrop then they tell me I can't enter, some one will give me feedback , I think it's high time this company gets INSPECTED. I am not happy at all
On my arrival at Mercure Hotel midrand for my stay I was welcomed by Chef Josiah, who made sure we don't go to sleep on an empty stomach, Chef Josiah made the best meals , that I have ever had in most hotels 1 thing about him his (kind, understanding, always smiling , make sure you are satisfied I think you chef Josiah, alongside side we had are very own short chef Celiwe who make median rear stake and some nice sources thank you chef . This was not the end we had Chef Mookgo who made the service of Mercure hotel go higher by making sure that the dining area is always clean, making sure that you have eaten and full, mind you she does that in her white t-shirt thank you chef. Lastly the chef that started the day with us and basically gave us a preview how our day will look Chef Emma she cooks the best breakfast around Johannesburg Chef Emma is a very good chef with excellent skill, she didn't just cook but offered us more than food when we got to Mercure hotel it was all cold , but chef Emma made it a home that's why I endend calling her mama she gave us customers service and made us her own children... know I am all spoiled and will be leaving soon, thank you mama for everything. May God bless all of you and would like to meet my chefs on a boat cruise in Dubai as their one of the best.
I was helped by Theboho Moloi today he gave me excellent service, all my friends were avoiding my calls but Theboho Moloi made sure to pick up my call and I was assisted.
I have installed a tracking device from netstar this tracking device has been giving me problems on the 24 of December 2021 I called them to report that the panic button is not working properly, they then sent me a technician to repair this device the technician came on the 31st of December . On Sunday I had a problem where I need a tracker to assist cause I was chased. The panic button did not respond. I have to pay the tracker this month for the 1st time. I can't pay for 3 years for a company that failed me 3 times in a month. Hello Peter please help me, so this guys come take Their tracking device. I,ll go to sky tracker or something.
