Pastor Jaco Venter from Wed by Jaco married us on 28/10/2023. The seremony was kept short and sweet, and the Christian message he conveyed we will always remember and keep in our hearts. Even our guests said the seremony was very special, and he conveyed a message that everyone will remember. Thank you, Pastor Jaco! I can highly recommend him to anyone and everyone who needs a Pastor for their Christian wedding.
Christine is so helpful! Her service is quick and efficient! I am very happy with the infinity dress I ordered. It is of high quality, and the size is perfect. I will definitely be ordering for my other bridesmaids.
ENGEN CENTURION PARK! Horrific, shocking service! We went there tonight to just buy milk & bread. As I walked in the petrol attendants and cashiers were busy chatting with customers in the doorway. I went to fetch the milk & bread and stood in the queue. There were two cashiers behind the counter...Another client entered the shop with an open bottle of beer and no mask. He put his beer down at the counter, walked in fetched things he wanted to buy and jumped the queue, walking straight to the tillpoint.. at that point no one in the queue was helped as yet, and also very little people were actually wearing masks (including staff). A man, who I assume is the manager, stood in the shop and did nothing to better this situation. Where in the world do you allow clients to enter a shop WITH an open bottle of alcohol and no mask? I guess that Engen makes their own rules and doesn't abide by the rules and laws of the country?! My fiancé entered the shop when he saw I wasn't being helped for almost 5 minutes. We left the bread and milk and went elsewhere. I'll NEVER support that garage and shop again. I said horrific, shocking service? I would like to rephrase... there is absolutely NO service. I hope the owner sees this post and acts!
Vodacom's customer service is the poorest of the poor! I have never experienced such terrible service in my life! Trying to upgrade a contract on a family plan, without the main member present is an impossible task! The main member upgraded the contract online and stated that the delivery address and recipient is me, who is her daughter. She even contacted Vodacom telephonically and explained the situation. We were assured that it would be no problem for me to receive the new phone. When RAM couriers came to deliver it was a different scenario. They wanted the main member on the scene as well as her original ID. HOW do we do that if she lives in another province? In-store they are unable to assist to cancel this "upgrade"/delivery, the call centre is unable to assist! Even with written consent and a certified copy of ID of the main member they are unable to assist! HOW am I supposed to upgrade the contract if the main member lives in another province? Everyone just throws their hands in the air and I always get advised to call the customer care line. I am sick and tired of going back and forth with Vodacom! Poor, poor, poor!!!!! Vodacom is very quick to give you a contract, but when it comes to upgrading or even cancelling the contract it is an IMPOSSIBLE TASK!!!
