VW Finance.Barons Woodmead and Motorite Insurance ****!!!
VW Finance, Barons Woodmead and Motorite insurance **** I traded in my car in the VW Barons woodmead 5 years ago. As part of that agreement, I apparently took up three policies (Service Plan, Extended Warranty and a whole Tracker!!!). My issue here is, for the 5 years running, as far as I know, I have been paying for my own Service, Part replacement. Additionally, I took out separate policies as I assumed I don’t have these policies. I called Woodmead Barons and they said its not their problem, its Motorite. I call Motorite and they confirm ive never claimed for these policies on their side (Does it even make sense)?. Motorite says its VW Finance since they are the ones debiting my account, they are just an administration company. I feel ****med by these three companies because, firstly, VW Barons woodmead has never taken the effort to see if I have this policy every time I bring my car in, I mean I took up the policy with you. Secondly, VW FS debits you the full instalment but nowhere in that debit you can see that you are paying towards a Service Plan, Warranty and a whole tracker!!. Thirdly, there is a no communication e.g. a monthly statement, reminder or anything that reminds you that you actually paying this policy and how to claim. Lastly, I lost three times, ive been paying these policies for the last 5 years, I went and got other policies, and I also paying every time my car was in for service and need part replacement. How is this treating the customer fair? All this was a **** to get money for me, commission for the dealership. No one cared about the client from all three companies

Direct Axis and FNB APP MESS!!!!
i have a Personal Loan with Direct Axis that is displayed on my list of accounts on the FNB APP. i transfferd the total amount in order to settle it. i asked how i settle it and i was told i can settle it on FNB Online, but i couldnt. i called in and i was told to send the information of the transfer, which i did. Now im being asked to send Proof of payment, information i dont have. NOW, WHY HAVE THE ACCOUNT ON MY APP, WHY ALLOW TRANSFERS AND WHY OTHER LOANS CAN SETTLE LIKE THAT BUT YOU CANT!, i dont have a proof of payment but i did settle the account and dont want to be debitted this month, can you please fix this!

Pretor tenant service is trash
I enlisted the services of Pretor to find me a client under a management deal. The agent found me a tenant however, the contract they make you sign has no information of the financials. I later found out that they take 1800 for "Registration" and the agent takes 800 for commission and their monthly amount they take is not worth the services they provide. the deal was so shady and i was lead along not knowing im dealing with criminals. I asked for a cancellation of the deal as i dont find value in it, the person im dealing with doesnt answer my emails and her rate of response is very slow. im not sure if its a race thing or now i must envolve lawyer for a simple cancellation for which the contract has a clause on. Pretor please please, can you cancel my contract with you coz i am not happy

Unhelpful ABSA Fraud team
HelloPeter, I logged a fraud case with, reference number ASZA-2111-00548. I was scammed by two people who pretended to sell a property. I asked that if they can put a Bank wide block on the client and associated accounts that the money was sent to. Initially there seemed to be urgency to assist me, The consultant told me the account was frozen however when I followed up to check if this is the case and were the other accounts blocked but I was told that that information cannot be disclosed. A case has been opened and the police has requested information from the Bank and no feedback has been provided. What the Bank doesn’t appreciate is that the longer this takes, more people are impacted by this syndicate. All I want is justice and I was hoping that Absa, would assist but I was wrong. All I need is Absa is to assist with putting a Bank wide block on this person, assist or respond to the police request for information as quick as possible. Philani
