I am puzzles by email I got from them at 23:57 that I got into a variation agreement with them on the 13th December 2025. First of all I don't remember any conversation with them on that said date, and according to my understanding when such an agreement is done both parties must consent and agree. I don't remember anything on that date. I don't dispute my payment obligations but I hate the lie regarding the date on a contract "variation agreement" that I apparently agreed to. If VW finance wants to get me into contracts they should actually call me and there should be records of the true dates not lies. That time am not even in arrears or anything 😒. The last time we talked is when I called them 19 November 2025 to tell them I don't want to be debited on any other date apart from my contract date as agreed. And on top of that the "variation agreement debit is different from the statement debit sent to me on the 06th December and it even shows a tyre warranty amount which i called for and canceled a long time ago. I am not happy at all.

VW finance has not updated all my payments from 15 June 2024 to 15 January 2025. TransUnion records indicated that payments are made late every month which is not true since my account is debited on the 15 of every month and I have a statement from VW finance indicating the same

I would like to express my frustration regarding VW finance and how unfair they are to me as customer. I paid off my car in may/June 2024, I was asked if I would like them to sent me my Natis certificate so I can go do change if ownership but instead they offered and alternative that they can do it for me but I should pay a certain amount and use a certain ref. Which is what I did now I been asked multiple times so sent them pop in a form of pdf. Which u need to pay for at my own cost. Ot them. However my frustration is that how am I now been asked to sent pop. Over and over or in a form of pdf. While they can clearly pick up or in a second when someone has missed payment for example. But they cannot pick up that someone has paid them instead they asking for pop and giving Run arounds. It's been months since I been waiting for my certificate and till this day I did not get any call or even communication from them instead all I get is the email saying I need to sent pop. For them to assist. I really feel this is ridiculous and unfair just because I do not owe them anymore but they feel the need to keep my Natis with them, while they are they once offered the option to do change of ownership on my behalf.

I purchased a vehicle (2016 VW Polo) through VW Finance and settled it in full on 7 May 2024. The settlement amount was received by VW Finance but on Friday 17 May VW Finance debited my bank account (FNB), with the full monthly amount that I was paying before the settlement was paid. I have immediately contacted VW Finance and informed them that this vehicle has been sold, the HP settled in full and nothing is owing on it, why are they still deducting it via debit order (tracked Naedo) from my banking account, I need the monies refunded immediately as I have other commitments and VW Finances laissez-faire reply was that I will receive my monies back within 7-10 working days!! I do not understand why I need to bring my side (pay on time in full) when paying the vehicle and VW Finance can just do what they want with my money, they can debit my bank account at will after I have no more owing to them and I am told by them to wait until they decide to pay back the monies they deducted from my banking account.

I have never seen arrogant bullies like VW finance consultants. In August i was called by VW finance team selling me a maintenance plan for my Vw polo. I accepted the maintenance plan which started in September 2023. On the 17th of November i cancelled the plan. They charged me few interest for cancellation but all was good. All of a sudden on the 21st of December they reinstated the plan with the interest of R9000 without my consent. Since then i have been calling begging them to remove this plan as I did not agree/approved to have it reinsated. To date they did not remove it. I even spoke to one of their managers that promsed to fix this but clearly she just **** to my face. Now my only option is to sell my car so that i can terminate my contract with them. For this they have cheated me by charging me R29000 for the maintenance plan i did not want/ use plus R9000 for interest. Please stay away from VW Finance. I regret financing my car through them.

VW Finance, Barons Woodmead and Motorite insurance **** I traded in my car in the VW Barons woodmead 5 years ago. As part of that agreement, I apparently took up three policies (Service Plan, Extended Warranty and a whole Tracker!!!). My issue here is, for the 5 years running, as far as I know, I have been paying for my own Service, Part replacement. Additionally, I took out separate policies as I assumed I don’t have these policies. I called Woodmead Barons and they said its not their problem, its Motorite. I call Motorite and they confirm ive never claimed for these policies on their side (Does it even make sense)?. Motorite says its VW Finance since they are the ones debiting my account, they are just an administration company. I feel ****med by these three companies because, firstly, VW Barons woodmead has never taken the effort to see if I have this policy every time I bring my car in, I mean I took up the policy with you. Secondly, VW FS debits you the full instalment but nowhere in that debit you can see that you are paying towards a Service Plan, Warranty and a whole tracker!!. Thirdly, there is a no communication e.g. a monthly statement, reminder or anything that reminds you that you actually paying this policy and how to claim. Lastly, I lost three times, ive been paying these policies for the last 5 years, I went and got other policies, and I also paying every time my car was in for service and need part replacement. How is this treating the customer fair? All this was a **** to get money for me, commission for the dealership. No one cared about the client from all three companies
