I am puzzles by email I got from them at 23:57 that I got into a variation agreement with them on the 13th December 2025. First of all I don't remember any conversation with them on that said date, and according to my understanding when such an agreement is done both parties must consent and agree. I don't remember anything on that date. I don't dispute my payment obligations but I hate the lie regarding the date on a contract "variation agreement" that I apparently agreed to. If VW finance wants to get me into contracts they should actually call me and there should be records of the true dates not lies. That time am not even in arrears or anything 😒. The last time we talked is when I called them 19 November 2025 to tell them I don't want to be debited on any other date apart from my contract date as agreed. And on top of that the "variation agreement debit is different from the statement debit sent to me on the 06th December and it even shows a tyre warranty amount which i called for and canceled a long time ago. I am not happy at all.
I requested roadside assistance at around 3am 08/09/2024. I was told by the lady consultant that help will be on the way shortly as soon as they locate me and that I will be alerted when that happens. It is morning now and over 4 hours have passed and no one came to the rescue. What is the use of paying for tracker care the most expensive package they have but not getting assistance at all. What if I was in a life and death situation? I mean, if they didn't see the need to assist me they should have just said so then i could have found an alternative instead of having my car waiting and stranded with no help at all. Now am supposedly going to pay call out fees for a service i never got. This is terrible service, Really disappointed 😥
I am dissatisfied with Capitec. 18 October 2022. I bought mtn data for R99 on the app. The app response was "oops sorry we can't help you" and the transaction never went through. Moments later I log in to try again I see that the money went off but I still have no data. I wait 24hours hoping that my money would be refunded or I get data the next day but nothing happened. Then 19 October they refund my R99 and then rebill me the R99 again but still I didn't get my data. I called a call center lady who said it's not their problem I must sort it out with mtn. I called mtn and they also said I must go back to capitec. I am getting sick and tired of this back and forth over my money. I know R99 is nothing but it's mine and I want it. Give me my data or my money. I cannot just lose money that I work for just like that. Please train your call center people to treat customer complaints serious. I didn't like her service and the fact that she has little info and cannot assist me to my satisfaction.
I had the worst possible service from Elan. He was so rude and disrespectful, thankfully one of his colleagues came to my rescue and I thank him for that, otherwise I would have sat there and have to take Elan's appalling attitude. I don't even think he knows what customer service means. I am never going back to that dealership again in Randburg nor will I recommend it.
My name is Mrs Molepo and I am disappointed with Avbob as I have been to their branch in Themba(Hammanskraal) to cancel a debit order with them in December 2019 and followed all procedures they requested from me to follow and the Consultant there assured me it will be cancelled and would no longer appear. But it has been deducting my R562.60 from Jan 2020 to date and that is more than R2000 thus far that I have lost due to incompetent services and I want my money because according to me I have terminated services with Avbob in December of 2019. Highly dissapointed with capitec. On 13 Jan I withdrew R200 at a spark atm in Alexandra pick n pay and it never dispersed my money but it went off in my account. Went into the branch and told its not capitec's problem but rather a machine operator spark. First of all I am a customer and expect service when I need it, I went to that machine because it had capitec signs on it I have no business with spark I bank with capitec and I want my money. I have since been told of 7 working days but no one bothered to do a follow up with me. Capitec I highly recommended you but am saddened.

On the 21 December I went o McDonald's for an afternoon lunch with my boyfriend we ordered big Mac meals with orange juice minute made take away. The food was ok but the juice was diluted it was just water and it tasted bad worst of all it was served by the manager in the alex branch, unfortunately I only tasted it when I got home and it was far for me to go back, I mean who dilutes 100% juice and serves it to customers that was unacceptable because I paid for it and I love McDonald's food but it left a bad taste in my mouth that day
