"Telephone agents" are used to do direct marketing - Trusted Associates.
Garden City Motors Shelly Beach, the workshop has cancelled their agency agreement with Mitsubishi, informing me verbally that they will not service my vehicle any longer. They advised me to either go to Kokstad or Durban. This is highly impractical as one cannot just travel there, wait for up to 5 hours, have expenses on food as well as travelling, of which they will not pay for. I do believe that this is a breach of contract. If they are not willing to be an agent, why are they unwilling to complete the time period for current customers? There also is a Motorplan that needs to be honoured. Motorrite has indicated any approved technician or dealership can assist. I have already taken action to find a dealership that can assist. I do not think that their customer service is good. An e-mail informing clients is a proper way to handle the situation. I did not do anything to be in breach of the contract.
This insurance group phone constantly wanting to market vehicle insurance. I never have given them any authorisation to call or use my personal information for whatever purpose. When asking them where they got my information from, it was said (I am not sure whether this is correct) "the National Consumer Database". I have tried to block them on my phone without success. I am of the opinion that they are not adhering to the Popi Act. I want them to remove my name from their database with immediate effect. When confronting the sales lady about this, the call was immediately terminated by her.
I was experiencing problems with Pharmacy Direct who ignored requests being sent to them by e-mail. The only and best way to get them to react is to contact Bonitas Medical Aid who then promptly and professionally intervened. The fact still remains that Pharmacy Direct cannot be trusted.
