FNB is not the bank they use to be. I have app**** for a private wealth credit card, approved, errors by staff. Then finally the errors and duplications are resolved and I’m yet to receive my credit card. I have never heard of a bank not wanting to give their clients a credit card. Right now moving accounts to another service provider like Absa seems like a good option. I can get cash back instead of e Bux
I have been disappointed with the banks service of late Particularly the private clients as the charges are high but the service is poor. I have recently been noticing besides the poor service and high fee charge that FNB has been charging me unfairly and quickly as compared to their slow service. Unnecessary charges on top of the R600 account fee. Ridiculous! Unacceptable and I’ve had enough of this bank. I am moving my bank asap!!! 😡
If you are considering a security company I highly suggest you think twice about Jag Security. I am very disappointed in their lack of communication and lack of skills set. I have to continuously follow up on their workers, who do not set a start and completion date, who promise services they cannot provide and are yet to complete 😡! Deposits are paid, higher management has been contacted with little resolution to our problems. 2 months post paying our deposit and we are yet to have a functioning alarm system/security. I would have saved time and energy by going with an alternate company, if I had chosen not to save a few rands. This experience has been an absolute nightmare !

I’ve had thee worst service from Netstar GO! I highly recommend not to add this to your package Easy to add an absolute nightmare to cancel I have been trying to cancel for the last 6 months Each time being transferred to cancellations department and no1 in the whole of SA to assist with my call This has been marked as urgent twice I really do feel like just cancelling my Netstar Tracking services so that the whole debit can be removed and rather contacting a more efficient tracking service. Really disappointed
