The rental agency is not serious about paying deposit back it seems they just want to keep I have been asking since i moved out month end and they keep sending me from one person to another the agent said office office referred me to a CEO CEO was rude on the phone and told me to send an email and email he doesn’t respond I have told the agent the things and bad for me and i urgently need my money but I still haven’t been helped
I rented an apartment from tergro group and they have the worst customer relations all was good as I always paid my rent on time until I gave my notice and asked for my deposit they just don’t want to pay they have me running around even referring me to a CEO honestly I don’t know what is wrong with them the CEO doesn’t respond
I wanted to open an account with mobicred and have received the worst service ever. Everything was approved I even have an active debi check with my bank but still no approval since October. Their customer service is the worst. No reply from their online customer service. The whatsapp customer service is the same you just keep getting messages this has been Submitted to the correct department will get in touch. Maybe am getting saved from something that I don't about but this has been the worst experience I've ever had
