Unhappy customer
Good day all Please can you kindly advise if anyone has ever received their deposit back from Rentalsdotcom or Tergro rentals??? Waiting for over 6 months now..no one responds ,we signed with Valerie and Lynne from Rentalsdotcom and now they tell me that they no longer work for Tergro Rentals and that i must speak to Mario Grobler that has no disappeared and not responding to our mails... I simply cannot understand whats going on with this Company, so I just want to know has anyone ever received their deposit back ,anyone that laid a complaint against these people??? Please help

Good day all Please can you kindly advise if anyone has ever received their deposit back from Rentalsdotcom or Tergro rentals??? Waiting for over 6 months now..no one responds ,we signed with Valerie and Lynne from Rentalsdotcom and now they tell me that they no longer work for Tergro Rentals and that i must speak to Mario Grobler that has no disappeared and not responding to our mails... I simply cannot understand whats going on with this Company, so I just want to know has anyone ever received their deposit back ,anyone that laid a complaint against these people??? Please help

Bad service
The worst experience ever, I have moved out from the property, everything was fine, they now supposed to pay back my deposit, it's a hassle no one is now helping, their landline doesn't seem to work. I think i will end up driving to their offices cos i don't owe them anything they owe me

Bad service
The worst experience ever, I have moved out from the property, everything was fine, they now supposed to pay back my deposit, it's a hassle no one is now helping, their landline doesn't seem to work. I think i will end up driving to their offices cos i don't owe them anything they owe me

Refuses to Return Deposit
If there was a 0 rating, that is what they would get. I see now that all of their reviews are exactly what i am going through. 4 months after my lease has ended and no sign of a deposit. Nobody responds to us since they said we must reach out to Mario Grobler, who does not seem to know how to answer a call. They were so quick to take our deposit but utter silence when it comes to rightfully returning it. I hate begging for money, but it is worse when it is your own money you have to beg for! Save yourself the pain, and do yourself a favour by NOT ever using this company.

Tergro Rentals not paying deposit back
Good day Please advise how does one get your deposit back from Tergro Rentals/Rentalsdotcom? We have not received our deposit as yet and they keep saying we need to contact Mario Grobler. Had we just seen these bad reviews before...

Most Pathetic rental agency!!!
For the most Pathetic Property Rental group ....make use of Tergro Rentals Randhart. I've rented out my property and the tenants were evacuate by the agency due to non payment as well as malicious damage to my property at the end of August 2024. An exit report was done and send through on 2 September 2024. The tenants did not pay their rent at the end of July 2024. Up to now after several calls, e-mails etc. NO Response. I've tried contacting even the CEO, Mr Mario Grobler. No correspondence!

1 big company 1 big ****. They enjoy taking deposit but when it come to pay they say they part of different companies which are tergro, Harcourts and rentalsdotcom. We rented through rentalsdotcom ( randhart alberton) where we were assisted by valerie paid the deposit to them now when we move out Valerie says we have to contact Mario as she no longer work for mario. And Mario always ignore our fone calls and doesn't respond. It's been almost a month now chasing after them trying to get our deposit paid without any luck till today. I advance anyone looking to rent or buy never go with any of this companies

Agency refusing to pay back deposit
I am a victim of Rentals.com/harcourts/tergro group. I experienced the same problem with them by getting back my deposit. Rentals.com was happy to collect rent from me monthly but when I moved out of the property in March 2024, Valarie and team at Rentals.com were comfortable to refer me to Mario Grobler and telling me that the company has split. Then why the hell did you continue collecting rent from me knowing very well you will not refund my deposit. This Mario character never answers his phone and never responds to emails. Now all these companies flat out ignore me. DO NOT do business with this group of companies. They are clearly ****mers.
