According to Chubb response team they will not come out to your property if your alarm goes off. They will attempt to reach you 3 times, if you dont answer...only then will they go to the property amd ONLY after 6pm or on weekends My question is... What am I paying for? What if I am under attack and cannot answer the phone? Why does a consultant have to call when a distress signal is raised/alarm goes off? I am extremely unhappy with Chubb because my house has been broken into while the alarm was going off and the burglars helped themselves to my property... all the while my monthly premiums- which are never late!! go towards making a 'PHONE CALL' and not being visible Improve your response and respect your customers Chubb. Your services are not free
MTN has humbled me with its non service attitude, from the 808 client centre, Facebook, Vaal branches it seem the Mission is 'No Service'. MTN has be overbilling me on a modem contract due to 'Packet data calls' that just surfaced this year. Ive had the contract for 4 years managed by Nashua mobile with no issues but since MTN took over ive practically moved into their Vaal branch due to improper billing and no response from theIr 808 number. Their consultant logged a refund which never materialised. Now i have a modem that i cannot use because MTN debits what they want from my account. For two months they've said they will refund me and now all i get is NO service and threats to suspend my account.
Ive been waiting for the installation of a prepaid metre that i paid/applied for in November 2014. The Duncanville office has 'lost my documents', set installation dates and Never pitched, blamed the contractor... and made countless promises. 5 months later... still no metre!!<br> The lack of service is appalling
