Bad service
The worst experience ever, I have moved out from the property, everything was fine, they now supposed to pay back my deposit, it's a hassle no one is now helping, their landline doesn't seem to work. I think i will end up driving to their offices cos i don't owe them anything they owe me

Not working kettle
I am so disappointed with the bennet read kettle that i have bought from Makro last year around September, I have already returned it twice now, first it was first week of January 2025 then now in just last week Thursday, so i have demanded my refund because i don't want it anymore its not working properly it keeps on stop working, can you please assist? I don't want the product anymore I want my refund to get another properly working product.

ANNOYED AND DISSAPOINTED
The worst customer care I have never experienced in my entire life, Firstly I wanted to freeze my membership due to moving to another area with the company I am working for...I was charged an amount for doing that, secondly when i have decided that i want to moved to virgin active red, the consultant by the name of Siviwe, told me that is it doable and i can start using the club immediately, to my surprise there was no debit, and when i called them again to ask they told m now i am owing R1100 which is a premium amount and for the club i didn't choose, and i called again, got different explanation that I cant change clubs, and i am owing R1100, If i were to count i have made 5 to 6 calls to virgin active, while they were busy promising to call me back, and now I was forced to go to the club that i didn't choose, so i have opted to do away with them, they now want me to pay cancellation fee according to their terms. I am disgusted and Annoyed by their inexperianced consults who feel that we as members we need to beg them for memberships!!!!! Last!!! but not list, they need to start also upgrading their gym equipment's at sunward park club as well!!!!
