Dishonest Business Practices & Non-Existent Support
Courier lost my package and never bothered to contact me to query the delivery issues, even though I'd used the same address many times before. They falsely marked my package as delivered and attached a **** delivery slip with someone else's details on it as "proof of delivery". I contacted the number of the person who they used on the delivery slip and he had no knowledge of this as he already received his package - so yes, courier knowingly used an old slip photo on my order. I have called over and over (switchboard is bad and goes silent for 30 seconds and cuts you off if busy), i have used the whatsapp bot (it's useless, wow guys, it really is pathetic), I have emailed the support with all my details and information, i have threatened to report, and over and over no one cares and it's been weeks and they are ghosting me to avoid accountability. Customer service is trash. I keep getting told it has been "escalated to the escalations department" LOL. Currently investigating how to report this company officially as this beyond disgusting.

Sharing personal data for marketing purposes without consent
Selling and sharing personal data such as phone numbers, ID numbers, insurance details etc. between insurance companies. Not sure how this is legal but it's shocking to know insurance companies willingly sell clients' data to these people. Immediately remove all my details from your system, I am including my number in the review details for you to do so, considering you have it already you should be able to find the rest of my details too.

Plagiarizing Training Courses
This company copied word for word a write-up of my own company's training course. Every bullet point they used in their email marketing was the exact same as ours. At least change the wording if you are going to take "inspiration".

Spam Calls
Please stop calling me. I have never been a client of your company or provided my contact details, so I don't know where you got them from, but you are in breach of the POPI act. I have requested to be removed from your database but I still get called multiple times every day. If I get called again I will report your company because it's at the point of harassment now.
