This is ANOTHER ****!!!! I ordered sneakers, and got an email that there is a huge back lock, but i qualify for a 20% discount on my next other. This is now 7weeks ago, still nothing received and irresponsive to emails of facebook messages, there is also no contact nr 😡 and the ads is still running on Facebook 😤😤 i logged a dispute with my bank to reverse the money!!! SO dissappointed and ANGRY 😡
This company has a facebook page and a website, looks all very professional, but is a ****!!!!!! I don’t understand that after all the **** reviews i read on Hello Peter, they are STILL operating 😡😡😡😡 Hello Peter should di something about this ****mers!!!! Bad marks for Hello Peter too!
Most PATHETIC service I EVER experienced!!! Amd that from one of the biggest furniture companies, country wide!! I lodged a conplaint here 2 weeks ago , asking management to rather contact me. They did and i was assisted by Anthony from Brooklyn store as well as his manager Jacky. My first order was wrong and i wanted to exchange it. A whole process to send me a new invoice, as i upgraded my items a bit too. When the invoice did not make sense to me and i called customer seevice, i was told by Yonelo : make your sums, and you will see it balances….. I mean really? to make a long story short, i was in a hurry to recieve my new stock, but Cielo informed me my payment first has to reflect on their system, before they can start the new order process. An official POP feom my bank was not suffient. Whilst Cielo was in the possession of R 30 000 of my furniture, this was an additional payment of only R 4000 . So I thought at least…… after not hearing anything from Cielo for more then a week, i send an email my self to follow up on the delivery process….. I was ignored, then got a message from Yonela saying my order was allocates to courier conpany, as soon as she has tracking nr she will send it to me! Eventuality i got the branch manager calling me, to find out the invoice i got was WRONG!!!!! I underpaid!!! Quote again: if you make your sums, you will see it balances………?????? To make it worse, i have to hear that my order process was AGAIN put on hold , as they first had to figure out who was going to pay for the money short!!!! I don’t care who will pay for that, I would have paid it if i knew that this would hold up my process for the second time!!! I am the one punished, whilst Cielo has R 30 000 of MY fiurniture , but refuses to out my order tru, because there is R 2000 shortage on my payment BECAUSE of the INCOMPETENCE and ARROGANCE of thé invoicing department!!! If i dont receive my coaches (who are still in PE) by Friday afternoon 6pm, i will escalate this matter further on each and every social media platform!!!! And i will demand a compensation from Cielo too!
I am really disappointed with the service i got when i wanted to exchange my coaches to more expensive ones and add additional stuff. I would prefer that a manager calls me to discuss my issues, before i escalate this matter further on social media
What a pleasure dealing with company!! These days i am too scared to buy second. Hand devices as you never know in which condition they are, and have been scammed a few times already too 🙈 I wanted to order a Macbook Air for my girls b day, but only had 24hours left…. Before paying, we send an email to Epic Deals to make sure it is a legit company. We got a prompte response from Drayden, who assured us that we can get overnight delivery if we pay before 13h We did so, and the same day we got an email as well as whatsapp from them, to inform us that the parcel left their shop. The next morning we got a sms also from the Courier guy, where we could track our parcel, and we had our our parcel before 10am! The device looks exactly as it was described on the website, no extra or hidden scratches! I can definitely recommend Epic Deals! Thank you Drayden and Janine, keep up your business, we are definitely done with purchasing second hand devices via Junkmail, marketplace etc.
