The help line for Virgin Active is absolutely nonsense, I held on the line for 24min, once I got through the agent on the call was super impatient with me. I'm being charged an amount I dont understand, I asked her to explain what the process is and why I'm being charged an amount I dont understand. She hung up on me while I was explaining my issue with the amount. All of this because I dont understand why I was being charged so much for moving memberships.
This is so annoying, I have requested a contract cancellation, I also paid the penalty fee to cancel the contract. I am still being debited to date. This is absolute BS because I paid for the cancellation and also sent POP to the customer services. Why is it so difficult to get a contract cancelled? And why am I still being debited?
I have been calling Old Mutual since last week Wednesday 10th May, to find out what is the status of my withdrawal that I made two weeks before the 10th was. I was told about Tax forms 2weeks after making my withdrawal, filled in and sent. I made a call today 17th May, I am given a different Number to call, to find out the status of my withdrawal. I have not had such a bad experience withdrawing money for an emergency like this. It is as good as moving all my funds out of this company. I cannot go through such inconvenience.
Really really poor. I’ve contacted Cell C cancellations multiple times, the staff have really poor attitude and they keep going on mute while I’m giving details. I have not had such a terrible encounter to cancel a Month to Month Contract nog’al. E Need more than improvement really.
I bought two time pieces online from the PTA store. I had to drive the store twice to get one of my purchases, I call every week to follow up on my order since January. I placed this order and paid for it on the 1st December. Every time call the guy sounds clueless, and ends up lying to me saying “it will arrive this week” for the past 5.2weeks. Same story, today my calls are not answered. I’ve been asking for a refund and getting excuses, this is total nonsense. I will never ever recommend this store to anyone. Worst experience ever. I used to get good service from them 5yrs ago, now it’s absolute rubbish.
