On the 21.12.2025, I had booked a group Spa treatment at VHI Apart hotel Umhlanga for four of my friends at 1230 pm. Unfortunately there was traffic at gateway mall because of the festive season ,I then called the branch to inform them we were going to be few minutes late.whe we arrived at the branch the receptionist was already waiting for us, she then asked us to sit , the first impression was that the seats were oily because they were used for foot treatments and coach was for only two people ,we then sat and waited for about five minutes which was fine and were redirected to our treatment rooms. we had booked for four people but we were given two separate rooms but we did not say anything we continued.we asked to put on gowns there were three gowns instead of four and the other one was a kiddies gown and when we requested one they didn't have an extra gown we had to use it we didn't have a choice. we then waited for another 10 minutes for the the****** to arrive, when they arrived they told us the treatment was going to be cut short because we were late.I explained that we have called to inform them that we were late,the receptionist was called and then she told the ladies to to do the treatment until 3 O'clock which was fine,we started our treatment at 13:06 PM at about 13:50 I received a call that we have to cut our treatment because we were late and I overheard the ladies that they made a mistake and booked 8 people at 2'Oclock I then explained everything to the branch manager as to why we were late and then a few minutes later I have received another call from the lady at the Royal hotel branch telling us the same thing I had to explain the same thing to her,now the treatment has completely halted the whole experience has been ruined and then a few minutes later one of the ladies came to our room and told us we need to dress up our treatment has been cancelled and we must go to Durban Spa where we paid our money for a refund. while I was still shocked all the ladies were in my room and I was still undressed shouting at me for lying to their boss some were coming in and out of the room leaving the room opened while I was still trying to dress up,this experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth,my dignity was stripped down and I was treated unfairly and disrespect. The staff members were very rude and unprofessional I will never recommend anyone to go to that spa.
Please note that I have Ordered Built-in cupboards from Builders warehouse online store on the 10-12-2025 order number 2024392897, they haven't delivered yet.they were supposed to have delivered in two days nobody has contacted me yet,when I checked online it says order in progress. I have tried contacting their customers service centre I was told they were going to follow up and give me an update ,they haven't called or sent an email until today.Iam very frustrated and disappointed my clothes are in black plastic bags and it very hard to find anything and my house is so untidy.
My Name is Mbali Mtshezi On the 29.12.2022 i have paid for my dstv account 7035779764 but on the 5th of January my viewing were disconnected i then called the service centere and the problem was resolved , Again on the 10.01.2022 my viewing were disconnected i was told i'm owing R165.00 , R215.00 and 98.00 I then sent the proof of payment after sending numerous emails and whatsapp i was told the payment was captured and my viewing were restored.Again on the 14.01.2022 my viewing were disconnected i was told I was owing 88.00 which i told them i was not going to pay because it was not my fault that my payment was not captured on time they they then reconnected my viewing again after sending numerous emails and messages and going for 3days without a tv and my viewing were disconnected again on the 20.01.2022 they saying I'm owing R 88.00 which was reversed .Can you please assist because i'm tired of sending back and forth emails because someone is not doing their job well , i'm so tired of this unprofessionalism and abuse they clearly don't care about their Clients .
