I received my wardrobe today but it is faulty. It arrive in poor quality. I cant even use it in this state. I think it was sent like this because I bought it online and no one actually check the state of the wardrobe before sending it for delivery. The door won't close. The cardboard used on the back has a big hole that is visible on the inside also. I am very disappointed in Bawas for this. Clearly they are not to be trusted.
I cancelled their Perks subscription, they sent an email to confirm cancelation but still continued to deduct money from money from my bank account. When I called they customer service line they dropped all my 4 calls. I have emailed them but didn't get a reply. I am disappointed in clientele for a bad customer service. I want the two installments deducted from my account be refunded ASAP.
****, I don't know this company yet they say I owe them. Can they be removed from my credit score. I don't have a credit card. This is ******* and should be dealt with.
