Mouldy products
I bought 4 Bratz dolls from them and 3/4 of the dolls were mouldy and had the boxes covered in a dangerous black mold that should NOT be inhaled.

Useless customer service/not receiving items
I ordered from SWATCH which is managed by Treger Group within South Africa. Customer service is shocking. Months without responses. My watch still hasn’t arrived after ordering it over two months ago. They are no help.

Over 2 months and my watch STILL isn’t here
I ordered my watch in early September, it is now mid-November and I have received zero updates about my order. This is beyond disappointing. I will actively dissuade anyone who wants to buy these.

NO ONE ANSWERS CUSTOMER CARE OR EMAIL, PARCEL MISSING
I wish I could give -10 stars, but that’s not possible. My package was delivered to SA post office on 7/1/22, it has been well over 2 weeks with zero updates. I have phoned and sent multiple emails. There is no recourse and this is unacceptable. The phone rings and rings and nobody ever answers. This service is beyond pathetic.
