Never use the online facility, it's almost 3 weeks and no sign of delivery! Inefficient and useless! The lady at Sandton City said she's happy for me to write a bad review on all platforms because it's not her problem!

Bought a water-resistant watch online from The Watch Boutique (#TWB1960, Casio Mens 100M - AE-1200WH-1AVDF). Now it has water inside. It is still within warranty but the Treger Group repair department does not respond (other than an automated email reply with ticket number 26334). The online customer service says they can't help. The shop at Canal Walk also refuses to help, saying it was bought online. It looks like they don't honour warranties. Do not buy from them.

Absolutely no customer service. No reply to emails, no answers when phoning. Watch is still under warrantly; water resistant watch that now has water damage. **** product and **** customer service.

Terrible service received from the online support (Bella Luna) they never answer their phones, I had couriered two SWATCH watches back to them for exchange, I told them what watches I would like in exchange and now they won't respond to my emails or pick up the phone. This is absolutely ridiculous.

I'd like to compliment Swiss Watch Brands, a division of the Treger Group and especially the representative I dealt with, Mr Vincent Motong, for the excellent service I received after I had my Tissot Touch II watch sent in for a "service. After I had a bad experience taking my watch to a dealer and not getting it fixed, I contacted Vincent. It took a while but I have my watch, couriered to me in the Western Cape.... at their cost, back in perfect working condition. Well done Swiss Watch Brands and Mr Motong!!

I'd like to compliment Swiss Watch Brands, a division of the Treger Group and especially the representative I dealt with, Mr Vincent Motong, for the excellent service I received after I had my Tissot Touch II watch sent in for a "service. I ordered from SWATCH which is managed by Treger Group within South Africa. Customer service is shocking. Months without responses. My watch still hasn’t arrived after ordering it over two months ago. They are no help.

I'm a Seiko watch enthusiast and had a problem with a watch that I had bought in Kuwait around forty years ago. When I took it to Treger Brands, the Seiko agent in South Africa, they told me that it was unlikely that there were spare parts still available for that watch, nor possibly even a suitable battery. However, the watch was fully repaired and is now operating perfectly once again. Excellent service!
