I have sent in my Playstation 5 console to the Incredible Connection Clearwater branch on the 3rd May 2026 for repairs as it had stopped working and I have an extended warranty on my console, they first advised that it would take 5 days to repair. I then went back a week later and they said it would take 14 days. I then called the head office, and they mentioned to me it would take 21 days. Everybody at Incredible Connection clearly does not know how the repair process works because they are all giving me different time periods. I have logged various complaints and have reference numbers. I called again today and they told me that it will take over a month for them to repair my console. This is absolutely ridiculous.
I have processed an upgrade on the 27th of March and I have not received my device yet. Yes I understand that I am on a back order but nobody is keeping me updated. I call the business call center every third day and ask to speak to the consultant that processed my upgrade but she never returns my calls. I have asked for feedback regarding my upgrade and nobody is able to give me any feedback. I am truly disappointed in the service received from Vodacom business, as we have been clients of Vodacom for over 20 years.
We a a corporate account with Vodacom and it is such a mission to get in contact with an accounts manager. All I'm looking to do is to process an upgrade on our business account but nobody get's through back to me or responds to emails. The service received from Vodacom is ridiculous.
So disappointed in Bash. I had ordered an ****nal T-shirt as a gift, and they had sent me a pair of SHOES!!!! This is so disappointing because they are usually on top of things and their delivery is so quick. Now I have to arrange for a return and then hopefully they send me the correct item. What an inconvenience!!!
I have been tracking my order online for the past three days and nothing has been updated, I have contacted them and they said they have escalated the matter and someone will call me back, nobody has contacted me back, I always need to call them back!!! The service is disgusting.

The range of fragrances are endless and their website is user friendly. They kept me in the loop with my order at all times and my order was delivered in 3 days!! The scents smell absolutely amazing, just wish they lasted a little longer.
I’ve been trying to register a claim for two days now, and each day it’s a different excuse. I’ve been calling the entire day to get through to someone to find out if they have received the documents that they requested in order for me to book my car in for a service but I can’t get through to anyone. Yet I am paying my premium every month. This is really terrible service received from MVIA INSURE
I am so tired of having the same issue with Vodacom business when it comes to upgrades and RAM couriers. We have been a client of Vodacom for more than 20 years and have always had issues when it comes to processing upgrades and the delivering of devices. Vodacom never sends through the correct information to RAM couriers and when it comes to RAM delivering our devices, it's always an issue and takes several days for RAM to deliver our devices because it's always a matter of going back and fourth because RAM always has the incorrect information on their system. I actually do not know where the problem lies, if it's with Vodacom or RAM couriers.
