So disappointed in Bash. I had ordered an ****nal T-shirt as a gift, and they had sent me a pair of SHOES!!!! This is so disappointing because they are usually on top of things and their delivery is so quick. Now I have to arrange for a return and then hopefully they send me the correct item. What an inconvenience!!!
I have been tracking my order online for the past three days and nothing has been updated, I have contacted them and they said they have escalated the matter and someone will call me back, nobody has contacted me back, I always need to call them back!!! The service is disgusting.

The range of fragrances are endless and their website is user friendly. They kept me in the loop with my order at all times and my order was delivered in 3 days!! The scents smell absolutely amazing, just wish they lasted a little longer.
I’ve been trying to register a claim for two days now, and each day it’s a different excuse. I’ve been calling the entire day to get through to someone to find out if they have received the documents that they requested in order for me to book my car in for a service but I can’t get through to anyone. Yet I am paying my premium every month. This is really terrible service received from MVIA INSURE
I am so tired of having the same issue with Vodacom business when it comes to upgrades and RAM couriers. We have been a client of Vodacom for more than 20 years and have always had issues when it comes to processing upgrades and the delivering of devices. Vodacom never sends through the correct information to RAM couriers and when it comes to RAM delivering our devices, it's always an issue and takes several days for RAM to deliver our devices because it's always a matter of going back and fourth because RAM always has the incorrect information on their system. I actually do not know where the problem lies, if it's with Vodacom or RAM couriers.

Terrible service received from the online support (Bella Luna) they never answer their phones, I had couriered two SWATCH watches back to them for exchange, I told them what watches I would like in exchange and now they won't respond to my emails or pick up the phone. This is absolutely ridiculous.

We have been a customer of Vodacom for more than 20 years. A new accounts manager has been appointed to us to manage our business account but I have not been unable to get through to him. I have sent him numerous emails, Whatsapp messages and even tried calling him but have not received any response. I would really appreciate some sort of response as I would appreciate a new account manager for our business account!
