I have substituted my 21km two oceans marathon entry on the 22 February 2024 and received a email from two oceans marathon saying I need to forward my banking details and confirmation of banking details, of which I did.i got a reply saying it will take 21 days to have my refund paid into my account. It's pass 21 days and I have followed up via email with two oceans marathon but no reply. In marathon I fortunately was giving contact details of a staff member I wish not to mention .I was told by the staff member that my refund was confirmed and will take 7 working day to processed, it's pass 7 working days and still my refund was laid into my banking account...this process is coming on since 22 February and the ultra and 21km is done and dusted.

Excellent Service
I bought a First Ascent trail running jacket online for my trail race this coming weekend and for compulsory race kit I needed a waterproof jacket. I bought the X Trail instead of the AR Xtrail waterproof jacket . I then called and emailed to ask can it be exchanged to the AR Xtrail waterproof jacket and was assisted by Abby who was amazing and putting me at ease saying it can be done. The process was swift and Abby kept in contact with me through out the process ,via email and telephone even until I received my garment. The reception at First ascent (Performance Brands) was excellent.Jammie and Abby wellndone and thank you.I Can't wait to play in the rain 😀

Poor customer service, owing me money
I have ordered a pair of Trail RX style 6 on the 3rd of Jan and made payment straight into 30south Eyewear as the email respond was they either out surfing or mountain biking etc .by the 10 Jan I recieved nothing and emailed to follow-up. I got a reply back saying they were in leave and going through 200 orders and mine will be delivered early in the following week.come the following week dated the 17th still nothing ,I then requested a refund of my money as I haven't received my order of which I paid for and was never shipped out as I didn't recieve any confirmation about my package.they replied by sending my email stating that I will get full refund of R700 .today marks 3 weeks and still no one has been paid into my account . Please assist me to getting my refund
