Our luggage was left behind at Dubai airport on our way back. When they delivered the bags 2 days later, when it finally arrived, it was badly damaged. Pictures, relevant forms were sent through and numerous follow ups and not 1 response or resolution to this. Brand new suitcases I bought for this trip and now cannot use it and no refund or replacement. Seriously unacceptable service! Today it is 2months already and no response or feedback or replacement or refund.
Ordered 2 off same items online for delivery. 1 off was delivered damaged. Logged a return, sent mails to all emails available and followed up numerous times. Been 3 WEEKS already and not even a response and still sitting with broken item! WORST place to buy from, will NOT order from Makro again!!!!!!
