Bought gas stove from House and home on 5 February 2022 it was delivered on the 18 February 2022 i reported the issue on the 16 March 2022 Item under 1month replacement guarantee The one plate has stopped working Zero appliances refuses to replace or repair their faulty product.
They have sent me a paid up letter but still have not removed the report on my ITC. I paid off the account in 2019 they reported my account in Dec 2021 as unpaid and still have not removed the Unpaid Account after promising it to be rectified with in 72 hours here i am 11 days later and no rectification. ***
I find this platform phenomenal as when we post here the companies seem to respond and rectify the issues.
Call center No does not exist. and they do not respond to email. They can phone to sell you a contract but you can get hold of them at all on of the worst Cell phone contract suppliers.
Worst credit company this far they bill u for not even buying
